Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions:

-  SkillMix: The student-driven consultancy firm providing professional services.

- Client: Any business or organization engaging SkillMix for consulting services.

- Consultant: A student or professional working under SkillMix to provide consulting services.

- Project: The agreed-upon work provided by SkillMix to the client.

 

2. Scope of Services SkillMix provides consulting services in:

- Market Research

- AI & Data Analysis

- Finance & Quantitative Research

- Logistics & Supply Chain Optimization

- Engineering & Sustainability

- Other specialized business solutions

Each project will be defined by a formal agreement, including deliverables, timelines, and fees.

 

3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to:

- Provide clear and accurate project requirements.

- Respond in a timely manner to requests for information.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to the project. 

 

4. Fees & Payment Terms 

- Fees are determined on a project basis and outlined in a formal proposal.

- Payments must be made according to agreed-upon terms (e.g., upfront, milestones, or completion-based).

- Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

- Clients must settle invoices within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality 

- Any work delivered to the client becomes their property unless otherwise agreed.

- Consultants may use anonymized work for portfolio purposes with client approval.

- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared.

 

6. Limitation of Liability 

- SkillMix provides recommendations based on expertise but does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our consulting services.

 

7. Termination of Services 

- Either party may terminate a project with written notice, subject to any applicable cancellation fees.

- SkillMix reserves the right to discontinue services in cases of non-compliance with these terms.

 

8. Changes to Terms 

- SkillMix may update these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Clients will be notified of significant changes.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
