# SkillMix

> SkillMix is an elite talent consultancy based in Antwerp (Belgium) and the Netherlands. We design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents, automation systems, and quantitative models for companies that want measurable outcomes — not slides. Our signature offering is a "no cure, no pay" delivery model: clients pay for a paid Scope Sprint up front, after which implementation is invoiced only when agreed outcomes are met.

SkillMix combines academic rigor (top-tier analytical and technical talent from the Benelux) with senior delivery experience. We work in three practices: Automation, AI Agents (Autonomous AI Agents / AI Lab), and Modeling (Quant). Engagements typically start with a free exploration call, followed by a paid Scope Sprint, and then a fixed-scope build under the no-cure-no-pay structure. ## How we work

- **Free exploration call**: Booked via [reclaim.ai/m/skillmix/exploration-call](https://app.reclaim.ai/m/skillmix/exploration-call). 20–30 minutes, no commitment.
- **Paid Scope Sprint** (mandatory): A short, fixed-fee discovery and design sprint that produces a precise scope, success criteria, and a fixed price. Required before any no-cure-no-pay implementation.
- **Implementation**: Fixed-scope build. Under the no-cure-no-pay structure, the implementation fee is only owed when agreed outcomes are met. 50/50 payment structure on standard engagements.
- **Languages**: English (default), Dutch (auto-detected for NL/BE/SR visitors). All client-facing content is fully localized.
